White Lagoon Resort offers eight outdoor pools, including two semi-Olympic pools filled with mineral water and a children's pool with a water slide. Dining

The main restaurant of The White Lagoon Beach Resort serves international cuisine with themed dinner nights such as Middle Eastern, Asian, Italian, and Tex Mex. Diyan's Kitchen & Grill, located on the beach, offers Bulgarian and Mediterranean specialties. Guests can choose from three bars: the lobby bar, a lounge bar, and a snack bar, all included in the all-inclusive package.

An animation program runs six days a week in the English-speaking children's club, offering games, karaoke evenings, and family activities. The resort has a tennis court, table tennis, darts, and a games room for all ages. Water sport facilities are available on the private beach, and shuttle buses operate twice daily to Balchik and Albena.

The resort has two buildings: a beachfront building with studios and apartments that include kitchenettes and sea-view balconies, and an in-park building 300 meters from the beach with rooms that have balconies.
